I order a Razer Goliathus FRAGGED CONTROL Edition Standard MousePad from SNRAMA ENTERPRISES. They sent me a Razer Goliathus SPEED Edition Starndard MousePad. I emailed them a couple of times with the photos of the delivered product. I asked them to change the product but they still haven't replied to my email. I even called them a couple of times but no one answered my call and haven't called me back either. I just want the product they delivered to be replaced with what I actually ordered or I want a refund.
