i have a account in uco in bokaro steel city jharkhand, yesterday due to rain some of my rs of 500 got wett and washed up badly
due to which upper side becomes lighted and colour got fedded when i went to my branch where my account is so that i can exchange my money
but in cash section they told me that they are helpless they can't do anything
when i went to manger office to meet mr amit he told me that he is helpless he can't do anything
then why this branch is running i want to ask employees are good for nothing there
in one city only one atm is provided in any city uco bank is providing one or two atm service which is mostly far and in not working condition
iam totally fed up by uco bank service i request to all people that pl awake from there sleep and don't open account in uco bank of bokaro stel city
