I had ordered Combo of ORA Sunglasses (Wayfarer + Aviator) from 100bestbuy.com on 29th September 2014 thinking its from a branded store but when i received the stock it was horrible as the packing was in a carton and it was some local glasses with no brand name on it. When i called the customer care they said they will replace it but i told them clearly that i dont need the same pair and need full refund. I called them 10 - 15 times that i need refund in cash and they agreed to do that. But now when i checked in their website, they have sent the glasses again. I dont want to buy anything from 100bestbuy.com and need full refund. I dont need any points from 100bestbuy.com as i dont need to have anything from their website.
