poor reliance customer service and technical support

my user ID is 378982199325.
My concern is that i haven't@ use my internet from 1/9/2014 to present date. i want full amount of waiver on my bill because last i complaint on 4/9/2014 for internet problem on higher authority. Reliance provide only waiver for 1/9/2014 to 5/9/2014. In September i continuously call on customer care and on higher authority for my Complaint progress they told technicians are working on it whole month and in October they suspended my connection. I cannot understand first reliance tell me that I will get full waiver on my bill. 2 month gone i even use my internet and i even have wire on my home since 2 month. why i pay will without using internet. If Reliance provide me full waiver on my bill i will continue using the reliance other than i will terminated my connection tomorrow. The provided waiver is not enough reliance have to give me waiver on full period that is from 1/9/2014 to present day in this period i even use my internet internet u can check my usage on my account and complaint ID 224598061 is continuing on my connection because i have not get any resolution on my complaint from that date to present day.
