I got a Samsung LED TV from Giriya's on Oct 2011 for 1.25 lacs. In Oct 2014 suddenly the TV stopped working. When we checked with customer care they told the panel needs to be replaced and they charged Rs. 55,000.
They are not able to say what caused the issue and the company is not answering for the poor quality product which they are selling for such a high cost. The company denied any assistance in replacing the panel and is clear that the customer has to bear the cost. If the quality of the product is poor then the company should bear the brunt of it but it is passing the issue to the customers.
