MY DATA CARD NUMBER IS 9382327336..IAM USING POST PAID
CONNECTION...BUT NOW I DECIDE TO CHANGE DISCONNECT..BECAUSE U THE
SPEED IS VERY DULL AND THE TOWER IS ALSO VERY WEEK...I GAVE MANY
COMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS TO UR CUSTOMER CARE ..they r totally
wate....BECAUSE THEY WILL ASK 2 DAYS TO RESOLVE THE
PROBLEM.They r totally waste .they tk a complaint and said that ur
problem will b solved within 2 days so I asked them is it possible to
reduce the bill for 2 days..they replied no no..u want to pay for
that
So if the problem solved I can use only two days then again old
situation iam facinbg the problem around 6 months .gave a lot off
complainbts ..but no use ..its better to use other sim today I
received a call from chennai wala office side ..but I was bussy in
another call so I cant pikd tht..but I hope that I will receive a call
again from their side..but no nothing .feels that they r paying
reliance employees Chennai r paying the telephone charges from their
side .
I gave a complaint to ur nodal office too..but they answered me that
we cant take any complaint ..because u complaint is in solving
status but I said him that this game is very old..i already gave many
complaints may b 40 or 50 regarding this .but ur executive told me
that no v cant ..
