Pathetic Panasonic Plasma TV

Complaint
1. I had bought a Panasonic Plasma on 10 Oct 09 for Rs58000/-
2. The product went unserviceble in May 2014. The repair was refused however after contacting the Managing Director Mr Manish Sharma via email the repair materialised with a delay of 2 months. I paid Rs17000/- for repair.
3. The product again went unserviceble in Oct 14.
4. The fault was analysed by the engineer using photographs clicked by a technician sent to location.
5. The service team has now refused to repair the TV.
6. I was contacted by customer service manager and his exact words were that "the TV has lasted 5 years what more do you expect?"
7. As per the Customer Service manager If the TV has gone bad after 1 year (out of warranty period of the TV ) then there is no guarantee that the TV will be repaired.
8. As per the CS manager It is not company's responsibility to inform customer that the support for a particular TV has been withdrawn whether one has registered with the company or not.

Consequence
1. The TV remains unserviceble after paying Rs75000/-.that too the recent spend is just 4 months back.
2. The service team has analysed the fault using photographs and experienced engineers have not visited the site. Only technicians have visited to click photographs of the TV.
3. Total harassment faced due to non availability of the said spare parts.
