TATA Photon - Slow Internet Speed

Hello,

I’m getting speed from 1-2 Mbps (100 – 200 KB/sec.) only, in my TATA Photon Max 3G Wi-Fi data card.

I know that the average speed as per your representatives is 2 Mbps, but just think, we paid for the data card thinking that we’ll get at least 10 Mbps, but your customer service say that 100-200 KB/sec is good speed. Really? Idea 3G in my city provides 10-11 Mbps speed. I really expected to get at least 1 mega byte per second speed, but you guys do not have even 100 Kilo byte per second connection.

Believe me, even BSNL 3G sometime gives 5 Mbps of speed, but I’ve not even seen 3 Mbps speed in Photon.

I contacted your support team once, they said that 2 Mbps is enough and there is no need to raise any complaint. I’m not going to provide you my Photon no. but please solve the query as soon as possible. I’ve provided you my city name below.

I live in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.

This is my last complaint, I’ve not provided you my number but it does not mean that you should not do anything for me. I’m really feeling like stupid on believing in DOCOMO and getting the data card and SIM card from 280 KM, i.e., Raipur, just because I was thinking that DOCOMO is great, there service will be good, but I was wrong, seriously wrong.

So, at last, resolve my query as soon as possible.
