They have pathetic service. First of all when they have sent their agent to collect documents from my place that took my number and started calling and texting even after asking him not to do that so I end up calling delhi police.
after that one of their agent helped me while doing online recharge and he did confirmed that it has been done correctly its all fine but when I called them today I got to know that it was done in correctly. One of their agent said that mam will ask someone to come and collect money from your place and that executive will call you in 2 hr to check the address. I called them at 11:04am I waited till 1:55pm. When I didn't received any call o called them again had word with one of their supervisor with the name sambhav he said I ll get it done for you within one hr someone will call you in one hr and once you handover call will activate the plan immediately however I haven't received any such call in next hour so I end up calling agai spoke to abhinav he asked someone immediately to come and collect money. Now the executive came at 4:50pm and even after making payment it wasn't activated so I called them again this time when I started complaining that supervisor disconnected the call. I called them againthe guy I have spoken to said ot will be done I one hr.however it took 2.5 hr for them to update that too after making so many complaints
