I have bought micromax canvas knight A350 4 months ago. It has micromax manufacturing warranty of 1 year.A few days ago, my mobiles battery bloated that damage back glass of phone.when i go to the micromax service centre ( Aditya communication kurukshetra) they said that it is external damage . How it is external damage ?
As i know the definition of external is something is on the outside of a surface or body, or that it exists, happens, or comes from outside.
Back glass damaged due to battery's bloating which is internal part of the mobile so it is internal damage not external.
After that they also damage my remaining back glass
So please replace my back cover
