Major billing issues, unproffessional attitude and arrogance by vodafone mumbai

Hi I have couple of really important issues and need some action on these asap as these are related to billing
ISSUE 1.
I have been using your Vodafone services for the mobile number 9833063400, for last 5-6 years, since then maximum bill amount generated on this number is not more than 1500 rs, latest bill which i have received is more than rs 6000, which says i have made ISD CALLS TO SOMALIA for rs 5136 and spoken for more than 106 mins, which IS NOT AT ALL TRUE there is definitely something fishy in this as you can check my records i haven’t ever made any ISD calls from this number, and if i have to speak for so many minutes on ISD call i could have used cheaper options.
infact i have 3 mobile numbers with Vodafone and haven’t made any calls to SOMALIA from these. i have been receiving number of missed calls from unidentified unknown international numbers calls few weeks also which from +92 numbers which you are unable to control how can you assure that your systems are perfect and there aren’t any issues on billing on ISD calls, where fake calls are registered on other customers name and they are asked to pay for it, SO IAM NOT LIABLE TO MAKE THESE PAYMENTS.
IREQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND RECTIFY THE MISTAKE AND RECTIFY THE BILL

ISSUE 2.
I have received text messages stating that i have to clear the amount which i have mentioned above for the latest bill ASAP to continue my services even before i received my bill.
When i call for this query the customer service person is unable to help, saying they can only give detail 2 days after the bill is generated.
if you cannot give reason for me to pay the bill why are you asking for the same creating PANIC AND SUSPENSE harassing the customer.

ISSUE 3.
Your customer care team is inefficient i always have to go to a senior customer care rep. while I am on call to search for solutions to my problems, i have number of requests to speak to a senior customer care person and the customer care person becomes so adamant not to transfer that they hang-up the call saying that they are transferring the call.
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE.

ISSUE 4.
When I call to your customer care the calls are being recorded, then i have the right to have the copy of these calls as these calls, as there calls are at MY COST SO I SHOULD GET A COPY OF THESE, because you will always use these recording whenever you want so should i be able to use it.

ISSUE 5.
I have 3 numbers with Vodafone and you register only 1 email id for receiving online bill to save paper but how do you expect me to keep trying 3 passwords to open the bill how will i know which bill is for which number if they are all on 1 email id where you don’t even mention the mobile number and
DONT EXPECT customer to remember the relationship number if that is the case then it is impossible to have online bills for multiple numbers with same service provider.

I have been your customer since 7-8 yrs and intend to remain so
but there is no consideration and control on your services where i am being asked to pay for calls which i never made , customer service people are unable to solve issues, there are billing issues, i request you to please rectify my bill and check your systems as this is harassment for ME AS A CUSTOMER.

i request to have any communication on please drop a mail to - niteshlalchandani@yahoo.com, or mobile no 9833123567,as this is my primary contact number other number is used by my family members.
i have mentioned my details below and also attached copy of the bill
