Poor service of micromax mobile company
Amount loss/claim: Rs. 6000/-
I am very much disappointed with the services of micromax mobile I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last 2 months about my micromax a75 set like motherboard not working. I visited your service center in pune and submitted this set on 20th Mar 2013 at sara mobiles my token no is MMX0504132006 I am very disappointed by the response of servise representative at service center he promised me to solve my problem in 10 days but he never picked up my phone call and never reply back on this issue. Then I started to take follow up at your delhi office number(011-44770044) I have been told that in 7 working days.
Still there no response from micromax team.
