This is Sumant, After being thrilled by your executives and website about airtel wesite etc, I planned to port my Vodafone postpaid Andhra Pradesh number to Airtel postpaid Mumbai and hence submitted the application with you on 4th
July 2015 evening.
After all the verification etc, on saturday 11th July 15 got message with port timings. At 10:30 PM i lost vodafone network, that is when i replaced my sim with new sim of Airtel.
At around 2 AM on 12th July 15, after speaking to verification team on 59059 I got my airtel sim started.
Outgoing started, Anyone calling my number (Incoming) it says "Dialed number is invalid, please check the number you have dialed".
Thought it might get resolved by morning, but it's not. tried speaking to 121 executive, NOT AT ALL HELPFUL, that 121 executive asked me to call someone in andhra pradesh as in system my number is mapped to andhra pradesh, now how am supposed to fix that, it's you guys who needs to fix it.
Finally tried speaking to MNP contact number 18001031111, now atleast they were helpful. they checked and told there is some issue in the system and it is being fixed. have already checked more than 10 times after the SLA reached, but still got a new ETA for the fix.
So as of now, I am able to make outgoing calls, unable to send SMS, unable to receive incoming calls from anyone out of mumbai, whenever someone trying to reach me, it says "This number is not valid, please check the number you have dialed".
Already said multiple email, no one seems to be responding on that.
It has been more than 108 hours now, where it is promised of 2 hours downtime. No body airtel is sending message.email about eta, on calling cutomer care everytime new ETA is being given. This is important, I am missing important calls, please check and fix this.
