Airtel - My ID Proof has been misplaced

Sir,
I am BhanuChandra from Hyderabad, an Airtel - AndhraPradesh customer. My number is 8008010850. I activated my number in Jan-2010. I submitted my ID Proofs for activation filling the enrollment form. Till last year it is on my name. In last year, I bought a new nano sim for my iPhone. Even at that time I had submitted my ID Proofs and Airtel people verified it and accepted.
Now recently I installed the Airtel app and logged into it. I was surprised that the owner name is been displaying as some G Natendra. How come it got replaced/ misplaced !!!
Regarding this I contacted the customer care on phone and they suggested me to visit the nearest Airtel Office. I also raised a complaint through Airtel website and got a reply saying that it has been same since the enrollment form, also mentioning that to take it lightly and recharge and enjoy life.
How could I do it, knowing that my identity is been misplaced. I that case the proofs which I submitted might have been misplaced to another number and if any illegal things happens through that number, who will be responsible for that. I want justice and resolve the issue as soon as possible
