Harassment by Axis Bank

I have two Home Loans from Axis Bank A/c no. PHR004300658582 EMI is. Rs. 7218/- and for HTR004300697660 EMI is Rs. 2659/-. In this Home Loan condition is “If I paid EMI’s regularly my last one year EMI’s weave off.

From 26-Aug-15 I frequently received the calls from Axis bank Collection Centre from Phone No. 040-67361000 and 040-47476100 for my EMI dues. And on 11-Oct-2015 (Sunday) also.

I launched the Complaint to Axis bank vide Ref No. N010903241 dated 28/08/2015.

Earlier I also launch the complaint to Axis bank for irregular cheques presentation for EMI Ref Request No. 4607799 and No. 4572382.

I also received a letter from Axis Bank, with ref. to PDC exhausted on 10-05-15 but letter date is 10-07-2015, you are advised me, either are opt NACH or open a Saving Account with us.

I also approach to Axis Bank, Wardha for opening zero balance saving account as per your Scheme for Home Loan Customer, but I neither received any reply from Axis Bank nor from M/s Telematrix Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Phone No. 022-43555408/ 43555407.

My Home Loan sanctioned from Axis Bank, Indore (MP) and my service place is Wardha (MH) which is so far around 600 Kms, for every issue it’s not possible/ feasible for me to going Indore.

In my location Axis Bank branch is available but Bank Officers are not entertain me and told me this is not Home Loan Branch.

After Complaining to Nodal Officer Mr. Dhannop Chandran & Ms. Shilpa Naik, my Saving Account opened in Axis Bank, Wardha on 05/10/2015 but Bank Staff makes a big mistake and send the my ATM & ATM Pin to Indore with detail address of Wardha.

Bank update the address on 21st Oct, 2015 And Ms. Shilpa Naik (Nodal Officer, Axis ) called me Mr. Sarang Kulkarni from Wardha Branch deliver the Instant Kit (ATM, PIN) but on 26th Oct, 2015 when Staff of Mr. Sarang came at my office he told me please sign three Forms which is
1. Consent for Blocking my Old ATM, which is not yet recd by me.
2. Cancellation of Cheque Book, which is not yet recd by me.
3. And a Form for Issue of Duplicate ATM Card with charges.

I deny accepting the ATM & ATM Pin due to this.

On 31st Oct, 2015 at 9.25 PM Mr. Sarang Kulkarni & Branch Manager Mr. Sandeep came at my home and handover the Welcome Kit which is earlier sent to Indore City.

When I am trying to operate, it’s shown message your card Blocked.

Till date neither I am able to operate my Account and pay Home Loan EMI from this Account nor anyone from Axis Bank clarify for my one year EMI’s weave off eligibility.

Due to all this my creditability in question. Pl advice.
