Tata Docomo - Intentionally not letting to switch from Postpaid to prepaid

I have been placing a request on Docomo brand store by providing necessary documents on TATA DOCOMO brand store K R Puram but not getting any notifications regrading this issue and I have been hearing from the store people that they had sent my application but the DOCOMO people only are not processing it intentionally.

I request you to provide justice on this issue.
