Replaced with faulty part

I have a Samsung washing machine and it's been two years I have been using suddenly the main MCP stopped working so I called the Samsung customer care and after two or three calls they finally send me a technician named ram krishna and he replaces the part with a new one after making him the full payment, the new part also happens to be faulty which I came to know the next day early morning. So when I called up this technician to inform him he tells me to re-register my complaint again which I did which is 19th December 2016 and till date I have filed a complaint to the Samsung customer care, no one has contacted me yet, it's been almost 3weeks that I have struggling and no body answers and when I call the customer care they give me false information saying that the technician will come the next day but still nobody shows up, I really don't know what to do next? If someone could help me.
