I Sanoj Thampi had taken a tikona Connection(1107813768 / ADBBM699) on Feb 2012 promised with a connection of (2Mpbs @ 750rs/month). I raised a first complaint with Tikona on March 2012(Complaint No: 1-2610909933/04/03/2013 ) for which their response was very poor also closed the ticket with no resolution. From the day I purchased the connection I am facing problems regarding the speed. I was always in constant contact with Tikona raising complaints reporting these issues but the customer service was so poor with lame excuses. From the middle of May I am not even able to browse the sites facing frequent disconnection due to which I raised complaints chasing them frequently but as usual it resulted in failure. At last when I posted on Tikona's forum, one of the engineers and treated the issue as a high priority( Docket number: 1-2698998401.). Next day one of their engineers came, checked the terminal and updated that the signal strength is low because the nearest tower is facing some network latency issue.I again raised a complaint with the team and next got a lame excuse that there is some network backend issue troubleshooting is going on and the issue will be fixed soon within next 24 hours. After continuss followup one of engineers did some troubleshooting and said that they have 30Mbps bandwidth access point out of which 25 connections have already been allotted which is causing overload in that particular access point. Now a days the access point is down so I am not getting any speed also the engineer who came to troubleshoot confirmed nothing else can be done saying he'll report to his office. Till date I haven't received any update from their end. I tried to contact the customer care but they were not able to resolve the issue and didnt allow us to communicate with any of the senior engineers and managers.Due to this I mailed to Tikona's appellate authority but no use who didnt even respond. When we post on Tikona's forum since it is a comment against them they wont even allow to display the comment. Altogether I must say it was a worthless connection but facing a lot of difficulties from the day I brought. On every 2nd of the month I receive calls from their end to pay the bill and until I pay they people chase me also promise that they will fix all the issues but no response after that when the bill is paid.
