I am using Airtel postpaid numbers 9972306628/29 from last one and half year.
Till Feb-13, i was getting all paper bill of both number on my registered address.
But from March-13 onward, i am getting any paper bill although i am receiving message from 121 for bill delivery to my address.
Due to nonavailability of original bill, i am not able to claim bill same amount to my office resulting loss of earning.
I am requesting every month to airtel customer care number 121/189 for bill issue then they are sending a xerox copy which is not acceptable by my accounts (already informed same to Airtel customer executive).
I request through facebook & twitter also but no response.
Sorry but after a long follow up this month i have decided not to pay bill untill unless they will not provide me original bill from mention month.
Can any body help me how to register a complain in consumer court for mental harassment against Airtel??
