Dear Sir ,
I have purchased Samsung mobile phone of above detail from "PIONEER TRADING COMPANY,1st floor ,Baldev Plaza,Rekabgunj,FAIZABAD
Problem in hand set :- When purchased mobile, then After 3 month mobile set switch off on stand by mode .
Action Taken :- 1). Took the Samsung hand set to service center " Electro Serve Centre,B-35,(Basement),Moti nagar,Delhi-110015" .Deposit hand set for repair purpose on date 04-06-2013 against 'Name- Rajneesh kumar' and mobile no. 9910336261,9013396967. I reported complaint as my hand set is not working/ switch off on stand by mode. After 5 days they call me on phone & said "you can collect your set from service center as repaired". when I asked them they told me that we changed it's mother board and software update.
When test the hand set at my home found same problem.
2).Again I had visit same service center on date-24-06-2013 against Claim No. - 4154242116 and mobile no. 9910336261,9013396967 reported the same problem .But after repaired On date 01-07-2013 they massage me "you can collect your hand set from service center as repaired". When I asked then they told me that this time we had change it's charging jak and software update.
But when I checked found same problem in my hand set. After this problem Engineer told me that actual fault in Battery and due to this reason hand set switch off on stand by mode. When I changed the battery , problem remains same.
Then i spoke to Service center Manager Mr. Tilak Raj Mobile No.- 08527892057 he told me that he will sort out problem and call me next day. But next day NO reply from Mr. Tilak Raj about my hand set. When I call him than he told me that your handset is not repaired we will take 4 to 5 days for repair the hand set. I have collected my handset and Still the problem not resolved.
3). After number of visit I got only commitment, till date my problem not resolved .After wasting my time, money and energy , I finally posted this case in consumer court. As i dont want to waste more time on there commitments.
Expectation :- Since I have paid for new set ,After so many visit and repairing on this set i am not confident that even after in future if they resolved the problem the hand set will work after warranty also.
I want total 20,000 Rs(14900 Rs for hand set + 5100 Rs for mental harassment , convene charges and charges for wasting my time in service center)
