Internet e sign on display and deducting balance

Dear sir/madam,
i have repaired my phone more then six times and on 13/07/2013 i have submitted my phone in collection point which is made by service center gaurav telecom,ferozpur,punjab,india and i got my phone on 20/07/2013 and i got same problem again and i have not received my phone and today again i gone in collection point for receiving my phone and i got my problem again and at last i want to say that if you will not take decision for my phone then we will meet in consumer court. Bill and job sheet is attached with this mail.
