my father, shanker sachdev, had taken a home loan of 8 lakhs from dena bank in the year 2006 at that time the interest rate was 8.75% and after that they went on increasing the rate on their own n has become 12.75% now which is too high according to me as no other bank has that much interest rate nowadays on home loan so i asked them to give me monthly interest rates as there was too much fluctuation in the interest rates but they refused to giv me the detailed monthly interest rates n said that interest rate is applied from the main branch they hav no idea about it and also now they are charging me 600/- per year as some provisional tax which they werent charging me earlier so i would request the consumer court to look into the matter as i think they are charging me more interest rate than they should..
