Aadhaar Card Not Generated

Hi,

My name is Karthik Raman. On 9^th March, 2013 I had enrolled for Aadhaar card at Beeramguda Panchayat Office, Hyderabad (AP). Following are the details:
Enrolment No.: 1316/11007/03108 Date: 09/03/2013 12:05:38
Registrar: Information Technology & Communication Department Enrolment agency: BNR UDYOG LIMITED

More than 4 and half months have passed, but I have not received any message or update from them. When I check the official UID website, it says "Your Aadhaar number is under generation. Please check back after few days". This message has been displayed for more than 4 months now.

I have tried writing to help@uidai.gov.in and also tried filing complaint on their website, but have not received any reply from them. People, who have enrolled after me, have already received their Aadhaar cards.

Please let me know when I will receive my Aadhaar card. It is urgent for me as I need it for gas subsidy and other important things.
