Dear Team,
I purchased a mobile ( canvas HD A116) on 1st of june 2013. in this mobile there is a manufacturing default exists which is in this mobile second slot of sim is not available. After so many conversation with service department through mail and service center they not agree to replace my mobile with new one. its approximate 2 month end but there is no proper reply i get from the service department side. I want they should replace my mobile with new one because in the mobile manufacturing default exists.
with this conversation i attached the bill copy, job sheet in which they agree with the same as mfg. default in the set,all conversation on the mail.
I want new set from the micromax ASAP.
