idea giving wrong information and not accepting fault

I had activated 125rs 30 days internet pack on 19/06/2013. I got a confirmation message

saying I have got 1 gb data and EXPIRY is ON 20/07/2013. I disconnected my internet on

19/07/13 at 11.40 pm. But still 60 rupees got cut due to internet usage although 20 mb data

was still remaining out of 1gb. when I checked data balance through *147# it was showing 17

mb remaining and EXPIRY is 20/07/13. Even though data was still remaining my balance got

cut. Customer care centre at my place said they can't do anything and I should personally

count 30 days from the day of activation and stop my internet. Then why do u send wrong confirmation messages then ??? I still have the message and balance deduction and gprs data

balance snapshots still for proof !!
