Reliance Pathetic notwork coverage in Bangalore and no support for such issues...

I started the same thread as I was getting serious network issues both at my Office(BTM 1st Stage) and Work place(J.P.Nagar 6th Phase).

I only have received some template mails form Reliance, some junk commitments from Reliance customer-care. This team is only educate to create stories, no to work. First they didn't accept issue, then later stages they accepted and kept telling to resolve the same and in last 5 months or so, the issue stands same.

Anyway, I am moving to Airtel, thanks to MNP, but would suggest to boycott Reliance completely so that Mr. Ambani can focus outside the IPL also.

Reliance net connect recharge for Rs800 - refund process - no response from Justrechargeit.com

Dear Sir,
My friend Vanitha recharged my reliance net connect number 9341443278 through Justrechargeit.com website for Rs800 on May 24th 2013 using citibank credit card. However, the amount was debited twice from citibank credit card (Rs 800 + Rs800).
Later she had sent an email to Justrechargeit.com (which doesn't have a customer care contact number on their website to talk about the concern) and they in turn suggested to contact the service@ccavenue.com. However, the mail didn't talk about the refund, instead they asked her to contact citibank credit card customer care to provide the scanned copy of transaction details for additional Rs800.
Citibank bank states as follows:
Dear Ms. Rao, This is with reference to your query dated June 03, 2013. * Our records indicate that the following transaction has been approved in your card account: Transaction Date Merchant Establishment Amount (in Rs.) Now, whom to approach and find out where my Rs 800 is hiding. All the services are blaming on each other and eating customer's amount without any shame. Please help us getting out of his harrassment from such companies and websites.

Both Justrechargeit.com and Reliance netconnect are denying that they have not recieved the additonal amount of Rs800, but the citibank has informed my friend vanitha that they have already processed that payment, but the Merchant has to send them the void slip / cancellation proof of transaction so that the transaction can be reversed on her account.

Please help us get this Rs800, which is in suspense and nobody wants to take the responsibility of owning it and customer is baffled as to who is having that money. Please protect us from customer harrassment.

Recharge plan changed and not able to get a refund for same


I am appalled by the responses that I am getting from Airtel executives over last few days. I am tired of explaining the situation and everyone seems to be calling with either no knowledge of my problem or with some other agenda.


In my earlier mail and/or discussion with Airtel, I never mentioned that 444 was not credited to me. I had clearly stated that I did payment of Rs444 TWICE and both time it went into some dedicated account and not to my primary account because the 444 plan has recently changed by Airtel.
I had been doing recharges of Rs.444 from freecharge.in since long for full talk time, but this time due to change in 444 plan it got into a one month package that I don’t want. So, total of 888/- was gone into a plan that I need to finish in one month. I cannot even use Internet from this dedicate account. I cannot presume myself finishing even 444/- within a month.


I had a discussion with executive of Airtel, and I was assured that one of transaction of Rs 444/- will be rolled back. Since then I got calls from Airtel where somebody says there was no transaction on 20th and other says it is already credited. I am tired of getting calls from Airtel and explaining the problem again and again.


Today I received mail from Airtel stating -
We wish to inform you that you have already received benefit associated with recharge of Rs.444/-. Please find benefit associated with recharge of Rs.444/-:
Denomination-Rs.444/-
Benefit- Talk time of Rs.444/- in dedicated account 5
Validity- 30 days

I am now sick of the way Airtel executives are handling this. They are not even trying to understand the problem here.

Dear Samsung,

It’s very sad to see the downgrading standard of Samsung in caring of their customers...I am a long time Happy Samsung Customer BUT this time forced to think opposite...Everything in my house is of Samsung...Same we used to suggest relatives as well when it needed and even purchased same for marriage purposes instead of seeing or even looking to other companies...
As my 10 yrs old Samsung Fridge was grown old and although it worked very good for long but this time we had to sell it and we did it...and again we went for trusting on our same Brand "Samsung”...
We have purchased a new Fridge:

We have real high hope from International Brand like Samsung…We hope it will keep its Standard same as par International markets anywhere for customer satisfaction…And our piece will be changed with short span of time to retain back our trust again…Hope to get soon and positive reply which will rectify our whole problem and return back our peace of mind…

Mobile number portability complaint: Airtel

Hi,

I had requested for porting my Number from Aircel to Airtel for which the UPC code was generated on 22 May 2013. I had submitted all the required documents and photograph and Rs 250 to Airtel guy on the 26th of May. On 1st June, I got a mail saying that the donor has rejected my porting request on the basis of contractual obligation. Following up with Aircel, I was told that it was by mistake and that Airtel should just resubmit the proposal for porting and it would be approved. I have been following up with the agency of Airtel from 4th of June who had come to collect the documents from me for resubmitting the request but they insisted on resubmitting the documents, ID proof and Rs 250. I tried getting in touch with Airtel customer care regarding the same, but was not able to connect to a operator on account of which I dropped a mail to the customer service email id regarding the same. The automated reply says that they are supposed to get in touch with me or respond back within a day but that didnt happen. I have dropped a mail to the appellate authority of Airtel -Delhi regarding the same. But only because of the delay of their service, my UPC code has expired yesterday.

Now that my UPC code has expied and i can generate a new code and provide it to them to just resubmit the request.

Tata Docomo Service is Cheating people with Different kind of Special Offers

HiI have Reacharged with a Special Offer of 4 Rs/- on December 30th or 31st evening 6PM.Thia 4 Rupees Plan includes call charges for 1.5paisa/Sec and Full talk time on Recharges above 20Rs.the next day when the offer got activated i recharged for 100RS.but i didn't get full talktime but my plan got changed from 1p/sec to 1.5p/sec.then i called customer care reg this,i explained everything they said it is pblm from server side and they assured me your money will process soon.i waited for two days.i didn't get Money.So,i again called them,One care Representative attended my call and i explained everything again,now they said this offer is closed.then i asked them1) if this offer is closed why u didn't update it in your official site.2)if this offer is closed,why you are deducting Money for 1.5P/Sec.The call rates wont change because ypu will get profits out of it and you are not giving full talk time so, you can take people money.see here,for deducting money from our Balance offier is working,for adding extra money offer is not working.so..i got irritated with this issue.i left this matter.after few days i started to change my plan for less call rates,so i started searching in Tata Docomo Site official Page.i got one plan for 21Rs(On net calls 1p/sec,offnet calls 1.5paisa/2sec and 1st 2mins 1.5paisa/sec something like i dont remember exactly)so,i recharged from the TataDocomo official site using my SBI Debit card.the amount got deducted and that offer was not activated.reg this issue i called Customer care representative ,i explained every they said it might a problem from server side.they assure it will process in next 2days.i called the customer care again after two days,then they said we wil try to process your amount soon.then i asked them if the amount not processed within the the tme what to do? the representatative replied like "call Us again". so..i got irritaed with these people behaviour and stopped calling them.i got to know about your care recently.so,iam loadging a complaint against them.please check the issue Once As early as possible.if possible get revert my money back.

Complaint against Iberry for Faulty tablet and against ebay for false Guarantee claims and the distributor of iberry
Dear Sir/Madam


I am writing to you as I have been left with no option but to knock your doors for protecting my rights. It all starts when I bought the tablet "iberry Auxus CoreX2 3G" from ebay online store on 18th of January 2013 and i am still facing problem even today on 7th june 2013(again yhe tablet is with iberry support for more than 20 days). Below are the sequence of events that took place till today:


1. I received the tablet on 25th January 2013 and started using and facing problems.
2. On 26th of January, I opened up the Support ticket with iberry (Ticket no.292654) with the problems. They have given me some pointers to follow and i did the same but still no solution. So I updated the tablet with the new Firmware downloaded from their website.
3. On 27th Jan, I have reported more problems. Shut down is happening very often. Battery is draining like hell.
4. On 28th Jan i called them and provided the Tablet details and they have issued a new firmware for updating the tablet. I updated the tablet but the problems still persists.
5. Then I also found that MMI code is not supported by this tablet which was earlier not conveyed by the customer support executive.
6. On 29th Jan, I again called their Customer care and they have provided another FIRMWARE for updating the Tablet. I did the same but the problem remains as it is. I have attached the SCREENSHOTS with the problems but no solution.
7. On 30th January, I spoke to their Technical persons and i got SILLY RESPONSE FROM THEM REGARDING THE SHUT_DOWN PROBLEM. The response was- TO SAVE THE BATTERY, THE TABLET SUTS IT SELF DOWN... My question was, It is a Phone too, so how can it shut downs itself. At the most it can go to sleep mode. BUT THEY ARE ADAMANT and THEY HAVE NO SOLUTION. THUS I HAVE TO ASK FOR MY MONEY REFUND. Iberry told me the raise the refund request to ebay.
8. I have also contacted ebay and raised the REFUND request (CLAIM ID: 165625) with them under their GUARANTEE scheme and their representative have also confirmed this with me on telephone.
9. From 30th January till 2nd of February, I have to follow up with iberry tens of times for the tablet pic up and finally the tablet is shipped to them on 2nd Feb and delivered to them on 5th February.
10. And in the following days I have to follow up with ebay for my refund... I didn’t get any response from them... I have called a number of times and they assured resolution in 24-48hrs but i never receive any response from them.
11. FINALLY ON 13th February, when i started fighting with ebay guys for my refund, they have simply said that they will not refund my money and If you didn’t provide the address to iberry for shipping your tablet back, they will close the claim request. SO forcefully i have to provide the address for shipping tablet back to me.
12. FOM 13th February till today 19th February, almost daily I am following up with iberry team for shipment of my tablet, but it is still with them.


And so on till date...


I have had the discussion with the iberry distributor 3-4 times but still no solution.
Now again from the past 1 month the tablet is with iberry support an yesterday on 7th june and once again called Mr Kamaraj who is the distributor of iberry and who has actually shipped my tablet for refundinv me the money. I have also emailed him my complain for 3-4 times but he did not responded back. So when i called him and said that 4 months have passed and out of which 3 months the tablet is with iberry support and they have not found any solution. also they did not even provided any replacement of the tablet even after my requests. Then Mr Kamaraj said to me that I can only ask the iberry team to calll you and cannot refund your money.
I am not only hoping that you can help me in getting my money back.


As you can see that it has been 4 months and I have got hold of my tablet for max 1 month and faced harassment by IBERRY and EBAY and Mr KAMARAJ DISTRIBUTOR, so i request you to Force them for a suitable compensation and refund of my money. Please help me in getting my money back and also teaching them a lesson.

My DTH DVR recording box(customer id 3007486955) is not working properly since 4th may and after making reapeated calls to Airtel customer service , escalation team and nodal office it is still unresolved.

from 4th may 2013 after making like 10-15 calls to escalation team one technician came to my place check the box and told me this box need to be replaced. after this i keep on calling Airtel customer service (08044448080) regularly for next 20 days and nothing been done . last week one technician come to my place with replacement box but without power adapter (insane service). since then i am calling every day to customer care and escalation team and they have a well rehearsed dialogue "sorry for the inconvenience, your complaint will be resolved tomorrow" . i am tired of calling these fraud airtel people please please look into this matter and i want to open a case against them for cheating and harassing people.

For my same issue they have opened multiple complaint number till date each getting resolved without replacing the box.

I tried to speak to airtel area manager rajesh (9611909578) and he tried to push me to buy the new HD plus box (around 5k) rather then replacing the box in which i have to pay 750 rupess.

I have no idea how i can resolve my issue now......can someone look into there working ......the situation is even worse now...as if i call them they simply put me on hold for 1 hr with no response.

i even send the complaint email to dphnodal.kk, 121, digitalTV, airtelpresence, dthnodal.kk still now one is taking care.....as if they are hard mass useless service people who dont care about client.

If there is any govt agency who can ask them why it is not resolved i beg them to look into this and get me the box replaced.

form the date of bike i buied, i had send my bike for two service to surya bala motors in trichy road ranganathapuram, sulur, coimbatore. For the last service i have gave the complaint that bike is getting off while running,
and the head light switch is not working properly,
ANd over vibration in 55kmph.

they were not listening to my complaints,
they were not giving the proper respond,
i have the question to ask that your honda bike product run only with the ADDTIVE OIL if so their were not give any computer bill but they were giving manual bill without company seal.. ,
if i asked any questions about the authority they saying to contact the head office.
this behaviour makes me to feel bad about HONDA products and services.
if they were ask me to contact the head office then what purpose YOU have kept the service center in sulur,coimbatore. Your service centers are not bothered about the customers it may lead you to Consumer court.... you disguised the whole society............

Dear sir,
This complaint is in regards that i am using a hindustan lever pure it so in the concern i have raised a request on 26 may for the replacement of my battery so when i had placed the request the customer care person told me to if the battery has not been delivered with in 48 hours you wont have to pay any thing except the delivery charges so in that concern their field executives contacted my for the replacement but at that moment i was not available at home so i had said the field executive to call me after an hour and then nex day i saw a message in my mobile that your kit had been delivered even as i didnt recieved my germ battery kit and the external agency who are fitting these kits they had placed the request of delivery of the germ battery kit and when i had called in the customer care that this had happen so they did not full fill their commitment so i want you to please have a look in this issue.

Reliance gsm cheated with fraud recharge denomination

I recharged my number from the reliance official website with Rs.56/. This pack promises me to give 35paisa/min for all STD calls.I also got fee receipt with recharge success notification in my mail and in my sms inbox also. But after few hour of recharging i found still they have been charging same rate as before and i could not be benefited with the Rs.56 pack as they promised in their official website. Later I called customer care several times and heard some ridiculous thing from them:-
Rs 56 pack is not a valid pack. You should contact us before recharging your mobile.What the they except before every recharge customer call them (they charged 50paisa/min) and ask them for recharge option. Then why are they running a fraud recharge service over their website? They also told we dont have any idea about our website.Even they denied to refund my money as main balance. but i insist them to look upon this matter
At last they took my complain and after 2 days i got a sms:- "Reference to your complain number offer charge benefit has been updated in your account". I thought problem was solved but story has't finished yet. I again found there was no benefit given in my account as they promised. Again i called CC, and again they uttered same thing. I am totally frustrated and annoyed with reliance. I am deceived by them.
I am requesting admin to plz look on this matter. I have all the supporting document (Fee receipt,snapshot of official wesite where they have shown Rs.56 recharge domination).

Sir,
I have paid online Rs 5740/ Transaction I'd 113042573779866 on Apr 25 2013 for
HD recorder dth connection. Customer I'd is 3012416786

Upto 45 days, nobody has called up to install my DTH connection .

Customer care is so pathetic,
they always say " my senior will callup in next 2 hours" . This has happened more than 10 attempts
Some executives abruptly cut the call call after taking all the details.

I went to Airtel store , spent more than two hours explaining the problem. They told cannot help because it is booked online & you have to call customer care.

This went in loop without any responsible answer from anybody.

I have gone through lot of agony, mental stress & frustrations. Hence I need justice here . Obviously I need my money paid back with proper compensation & explanation on why there is something called "Customer care" when then have no intention to work with ethics to help/service the customer

I had requested for a new broadband connection on 16.05.13 for which I got a call from its executive Mr. pawankumar on 21.05.13 and he collected the documents and advance payment stating that i will be getting a call from the customer care regarding the same within 48 hours. Now it is almost 23 days gone and i am still waiting for a proper response from Airtel people as to what happened to my application and money as they are neither confirming me regarding the connection nor they are refunding me the advance amount. This is just a summary of the problem I am facing and after coming to this forum i think i am not the only one facing this problem as i have seen many post regarding the same.

Hi this is PJ Prabhath, I recharged 200rs in 13/6/2013 at 1pm for my airtel no "9949555448 through Online, after i recharged i make 4 local calls for below 6 mins, by 7pm its showing zero balance. i don't know whats going on. please provide my talk time back.
