Tikona digital networks is falsely selling its selling

Tikona Digital Networks promised me internet speed of 1 Mbps with their plan ADULQ1024. However they do not provide the said speed and it is only 200kbps at most which is 1/5 th of what they charge for. The customer care number they have provided returns that since too many people are online they will call you back. However they do not call back. Emails sent to customercare@tikona.in are never answered although it is claimed in the auto email reply that they will be answered in 72 hours. The appellate authority J.NAir too does not respond despite claiming it will be answered in 48 hours. In the period of June 8 to June 16 i filed 6 complaints,the status of which was resolved however the problem was never resolved. No one came at my place neither did i receive any call asking me whether the complaint was resolved. I am mentally harassed by the poor service and would like to terminate their services as they do not provide the service as guaranteed. I would appreciate it if someone can get me my money back which was RS.3300.

Billing Issue With Airtel

This is with regard to a billing issue on my mobile # 9567765052 . In the month of Jan - Feb a pay as you use 3g pack was enabled on my mobile number without my knowledge and a bill was generated for an amount of around 2400 Rs for the internet charges . I got in touch with your Nodal center and they told me that it would be reversed . An amount of around 1000 was reversed and I was told that the remaining amount would be reversed in two sessions ie 2 deductions of 516 each. I have already recived one of the deduction . And I am yet to the recive the last deduction of 516 Rs . This has been accrueing for months and you guys are levying a late payment charge as well on it . If you check my call center records you could see that I have been in touch with your customer reps for around 2 months now . I am promised a call back and I never get one .

I was told not to worry about the late payment charges as well as its a issue from your end and it will be backtracked . I have been paying my monthly dues on this number without fail all these while .
This is extremely dis heartening as I have around 3 airtel connections and I use your DTH broadband and other services as well. In actions like these are really making it hard for loyal customers like me to be associated with the brand . So please do the needful to revert these charges ie the remaining 516 and the late fee charges on this amount.

complaint against loan to purchase property

dear sir/madam
this is with regard to the loan of amount rs.12.69lakhs i hv taken from first blue housing finance limited (earlier known as deutch post bank). the loan amount was taken in november, 2009. i am d sole applicant of the laon amount but the property for whose purchase the amount was loaned, is registered in the name of my husband too at 50:50 share. very recently, i separated from my husband. when i requested him to pay the remaining amount, he refused. also, when i requested him to sell the plot nd repay the bank's loan, he refused that also. i wud hv ended up paying full 12.69lakhs+ interest (which i incidently paid all till d date) still wud have not acquired the possession of the property. i have discussed with the bank my situation and asked them to tlk to third party (my husband) to pay for the loan, but he refused them too. so, i have requested bank to take the possession of the property at the earliest and put it for auction (my financial situations are not permitting me to pay for the EMIs anymore). but the bank want to take it to court and put me through legal processes. kindly, help me with advice what can i do about it or is this the only solution left for me to go to indian judiciary system as a culprit for non payment of EMIs. in the end, bank will deduct larger sum from the auctioned amount on the pretext of interest on non-paid EMIs and the cost of legal proceedings. whereas i want this to settle out of the court in the mutual benefit of the bank and me.

I had purchased dollar pattern Saree from darshan Saree from satara district but,i got this Saree only 4.5 mtrs.i had request them 2-3 times for replacing this Saree but, they have not agree & told me whatever u do.we will not replace this Saree.history is that,they have cut blouse & after 10 days we take this Saree for wear but we totally shocked Saree was only 4.5 Mtrs hence, in this case we r suffering lot in financial & mentally also.so we request u this totally frurd case.pls give us justice in this case.

Aircel charges more for dialling their care dept than for the actuall calls i make to my friends. That is ridiculous. And to top that, half the time is spent listening to their automated system or VRU.

dear sir/madam,
I got a call from Vodafone to migrate from prepaid to postpaid
as iam an old customer they are providing me an offer of 199 plan in which
600 local and std mins free,200 sms free and as a welcome offer i have been
given 2gb data and 100 local minutes free.i confirmed regarding data plan
at vodafone store kukatpally that i have been given 2gb data and started
using .now after the generation of bill they are saying that you are not
provided with data plan but only with 100 local mins.if i use prepaid
connection it would charge around rs 200 or 250 not more than that now
the bill amount is 1700 and i have been not using the mobile since 10 days.
they are providing wrong information and making people to suffer.
i cant pay 1700 bill.

Aircel robbed me

I have bought a data card from Aircel 7278878625 with an initial offer of 6gb free 3G data usage in the next 3 months. 2gb per month. The connection got activated on the 6th of June 2013 and I was informed that 3G too got activated. But my speed was never more than 2-4 kbps. This was much less than the promised 3-7.2 mbps. I called up the customer care and complained about speed vide complaint number 1 - 12995397451. Days passed by and nothing happened. So I visited the nearest Aircel Store at Dum Dum Road, near Motijheel with my Micromax dongle and laptop. There they tested my settings and my dongle and said everything was ok but the speed is slow. Then they tried my SIM card with an Aircel dongle with same results. The supervisor Mr. Saw then mailed to their authority about this issue. After 4-5 days I received a call from the Aircel Tech-Team and they wanted me to change the settings which I did according to their instructions over the phone. Nothing happened. My speed was as slow as it was.

Today I called up the customer care to learn that my complaint has been resolved and there is a problem with my dongle. This is utter bogus. I can use other service provider's SIM cards with desired results. Moreover if there is a problem with my dongle then why didn't my SIM work with Aircel dongle? When I informed this fact to the customer care executive he asked me to change the SIM (as if either my dongle or my SIM is not working, so it is the consumer's duty to figure it out and then change it) and also informed me that Aircel has got more than 4 crore customers, it is not possible to inform everybody of their complaint status. The customer has to find it out themselves by calling up the customer care.

Now my questions are:
1: Aircel took money from me to provide service. Where is the service?? If they cannot provide me the service then they will have to pay me my money back.
2: Almost half of a month has already gone down the drain. When can I expect the service to get back to normal if at all?? And how will Aircel adjust the time I have lost due to their negligence??
3: I am harassed by all the customer staffs of Aircel. Is this the way a service provider should work or behave with a consumer?

RE: MOBILE PHONE COMPLAINT
I wish to place the following sequence of events on record:
- I had purchased an XOLO 900 mobile phone from your outlet in Saket on

- While the phone worked well for the first few months, it started heating up in the last week of April and a complaint was registered with your Customer Care 1800 301 104 and they advised me to download a couple of applications in order to try and rectify the error.

- Inspite of this the phone continued to give trouble and finally I had to register a complaint on 01 May 2013 with Customer Care (Complaint No.310000047836) wherein I was informed that my mobile will be collected from my residence within 24 hours.

- Unfortunately nobody turned up for 4 days and finally I was forced to call and re-register with Customer Care vide Complaint No. 310000051081 on 06 May2013.

- The phone was FINALLY collected from my residence on 13 May 2013 and since then there has been no update despite my calling Customer Care religiously every day. I have been informed that my phone is still with the service centre and I would receive an update within 24 hours.

Today is the 29th of May and many 24 hours have passed since 13 May. I am really disappointed with the post sales service offered by such a reputed company.
I would appreciate your reverting to me with the latest status and returning the phone to me at the earliest – in the absence of this I will be forced to approach the Consumer Court to resolve this issue.

I look forward to your urgent response.

Hcl y3 tablet not repair nor replace

I was purchased HCL Y3 tablet having sr no-313YCD012513 on dated:14/05/2013 it was auto off during browsing and after 2days its unable to charge & unable to turn on. However i was contacted to customer care but not received any satisfied answer they only advised me to go service center which was 35km away from my place. Due to my busy schedule I was visited to bhubaneswar service centre Galaxy Service On dated:28/05/2013 but after 15 minute on of tablet they return me saying that the set is not looking any problem & if any problem arise you come back. In the next day the auto switch off & non recharging problem again started.So again i visited service center Galaxy Services Bhubaneswar on Dated-01/06/2013 with complain I.D no-8502916826 & submitted the tablet.On Dated:08/06/2013 I was visited service center they handover me the tablet by saying that they changed the board & the tablet is O.K but at the time i check the the tablet at service center i found the auto switch off problem stand as it is & i also showed the problem to the technician & he again accept that the tablet have a problem, so he demand three more days to repair.On dated 17/06/2013 i visited to the Service Center They handover me tablet by saying its O.k now but i found that the auto switch off problem stand as it is.
From the date of purchase i used only 6/8 hours tablet & for repair i have already visited 4 times to service center 70km up down* 4times=280km but result is zero.
Please Suggest me what action should i take for this & I am unable to visit regularly to the Service center for the problem & they denied to replace the tablet.

Just Dial deducts 2 ECS from my bank account

Hi all

My name is Manisha Adhikari and i have a yoga company under the name of Om Namah Yoga, I registered my company with just dial for promotion at a monthly rental pack for INR 1500 plus taxes (total around INR 1680.00/ month). this was done in the month of July last year (July 2012) in the Month of September 2012 the company Just Dial deducts 2 ECS from my bank account for the amount of INR 1680.00 each so a total of INR 3360.00. this is neither informed to me not did I permit it. but due to some work related reasons i could not even check my bank statement and the act went unnoticed. then again in the month of December 2012 Just Dial did the same thing and a double ECS was made on my account and this time i checked it and consulted some legal advisers who said that, thought is was wrong for just dial to make 2 ECS in one month but in total they took 6 ECS for 6 Months so not much can be done and we were told to leave it. At that point i Informed Just Dial to stop ECS on my Bank accounts and take cash payment or cheque payment from me on a monthly bases and the company informed me that
1) I can not change my mode of payment
2) I cannot stop the services or discontinue the services as there is no provision to do so in their contract. Which is never informed to the customer at the time of signing the contract

to Top it all up is that since January 2013 i have been getting regular double ECS in my bank account and every time i call the customer care i am informed that the complaint will be handled by another department and they will call us back, which not to my surprise has never called back. I am unable to stop my contract as there is not provision to do so( as mentioned in 2nd point)

Now i thought that, when i am already paying double for the same service, let me have some more area of operation on just dial so that, at lease i can generate the revenue that i am loosing on a Monthly basis, but to that the company promptly replies that to do so I have to upgrade to a Higher package. reference complaint/request number 293945

I do not know what to do with this company, My bank account is ruined as for last three months my house rent cheques have bounded because the balance is being sucked up by Just Dial, my landlord is after my life for obvious reasons and my reputation has been smashed.

Please advise me

pacenet internet service is the worst service....

I m a pacenet user from the last 1 month....... During this 1 month the service was very worse....connection was unavailable 7-8 times.....customer support is worse too....I have to call them 10-12 times a day to lodge my complaint and the response I get is not satisfying......... I suggest u all not to use this internet service......

Complaint against Spicejet for lost baggage

This is a strict complaint against Spicejet Airlines staff.

I traveled with Spicejet on 8th of June from Bangalore to Dehradun and changed the flight in Delhi. I had two bags. I received one while i did not get the other.

10 days have passed and the staff is not able to find it yet.

I am in contact with Dehradun spicejet staff. They are very irresponsible. They don't even contact me. 5 days back I talked to Station master of Spice jet in Dehradun, named, Shishir K. He said that now I will not get back my bag and the concerned team will negotiate with me for compensation. But 3 days passed and I did not receive any call or mail from them. These people are so ignorant and irresponsible. Finally, I searched for the mail id and sent them a mail...So finally they said that they will give me compensation of Rs. 1600 only as it weighed 8 kgs and according to their compensation policy they pay only 200 Rs. per kg. The bag contained my belongings worth Rs. 40K...This is totally unfair...Why do i incur such a huge loss when there is no fault of mine...also they do not contact me and are not at all flexible in any terms...

How to deal with these people and get a fair compensation...???

Airtel DTH unresponsive

I had applied for Airtel DTH on Saturday, March 15th 2013. I was told that i ll get in touch with the engineer who will initiate the installation process. I have been calling the customercare for the past 4 days and i still get no response from Airtel (DTH Number: 3012688540, city: Hyderabad, Area: Jubilee Hills, Area code: 500045). I don't know whom to ask to get my connection at least by this week. Neither do I know if this is a hint for me to switch DTH dealers.

I have airtel DTH connection with consumer number 3011655336.
in the last 6 months, our connection failed about 10 times. we need to call the service center repeatedly for a technician. and within 3 to 4 days again the connection fails. on the top of it, after 6 months period they started asking money every time they visit home.
my latest service request number 31226623. in the last one week, I received 4 such service requests and there is no response what so ever from the technicians.

I urge STRICT NO TO AIRTEL DTH for their pathetic and uncertain service.

  • I bought a new HTC ONE handset, it was mentioned on the box that i will get 1 GB of 3G data and free Whatsapp & Facebook for 3 months by Reliance. I contacted Reliance customer care for the activation of services, i was told that services will be provided to me within 2 days, but even after 10 days i am not been provided a reason for non-activation of services. I tried calling them on Customer care no but they have blocked me, they are not even replying to my mails. I hope this forum will help me in getting my rightful services back. Thanks

i have reliance net connect plus for last 3 years(9379784418), on march2/3 2013 retention team offered me unlimited net usage with speed of upto 3.5mps after paying 3 months upfront payment which i did promptly online that should cover my bill till 3rd june, however every month i kept receiving bills, upon inquiring recently on 8th june customer service team confessed to me that the retention team women i spoke to had forgotten to activate the plan which was promised to me, all these while i i was on old package with lower speed of upto 144kbps and lower net mb allotment. on 8th june i raised complaint i was told it would be resolved within 5 days, meanwhile i kept getting calls from their collection agents rudely demanding bill payment and hanging up calls on me even when am trying to tell them about ongoing dispute! reliance had sent me bill which they said covers my usage from 22nd may till 22nd june wherein 3 months advance rental i paid that should cover the account till 3rd june, i called up their customer service line on 17 they kept saying retention team is busy next day on 18 june at 7.07pm i called up again a girl( called divya) answered i cleared the verification i told her i want to cancel connection, explained all the problem she is forcing herslef on me dictating i cant cancell i need to give 7 days plus 15 days notice, i reminded her where in the Terms and condition its written company can fool, cheat customer and demand notice period to cancel, as soon as they voilated their part of t & c i should be on the upper hand of negotiating when i can cancel, but she disconected the call instead of transfering to disconection team, again i called up a guy answered i was telling him in rather adjective/verb how the previous agent was he jus disconected my call! finally again i called and was transfered to cancellation team agent whose name is pradeep, i told him the problem he said he would give 3 months 2gb free as i was customer for long time, i told him am more worried about charges from 3rd june til next billing date as he demanded i must pay for it! he was also demanding refrence idd for conversation that took place between me and retention team on 2nd march 2013! unbelievable, he was assuming most customer dont keep the ref # but i have its just i cannot locate immediately now i got it its ref 199211322,he was blatantly refusing me to connect to his supervisor/manager!
why contention is til 3rd june i paid already i was given much lesser speed connection, 2) i shouldnt be charged at all till 3rd june, and i raised complaint on 8th june so billing should stop immediately until its resolved, why should i pay anything? i dont want to get charged from 3rd of june and cancel my service although i have spoken again at night asking them to cancel it but cheap crooks i dont trust them, if you are conscious of COMPANYs reputation cancel service and dont sent me bills.

Harrassment faced from Airtel and Reliance for mobile number porting

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a Reliance postpaid user from Agartala, Tripura. I had opted for mobile number porting from Reliance postpaid to Airtel Prepaid due to severe network problem in my area. I have submitted my documents along with latest bill payment receipt with porting code to my local Airtel outlet on 27th May 2013. They accepted my document and said that after 15 days it will get activated. They also handed me an Airtel prepaid simcard. But after 15 days no message came from Airtel to my existing number regarding porting out date. I contacted the Airtel outlet. The designated representative there claimed that he had submitted the documents to Airtel right on time and there is an issue with my unique MNP code and hence he asked me to get a fresh code and assured me that the porting will take place. I again gave him the code, but till date no message has come on my number regarding porting out date. I tried to visit the Airtel store, but the store is found to be closed and even he does not pick up my call. I called both Reliance and Airtel customer care addressing my issue, but no one is trying to take the responsibility and just blaming the other operator. I am facing serious problems due to this as 2 billing cycles have passed and i am paying the bills till the porting out takes place. I therefore request you to take up the matter with the proper authority whoever is concerned. My questions are:

1. If this is a Reliance responsibility, why are they playing such a game to keep me hanging on to their service?
2. If it is the responsibility of the Airtel operator, then why are not they abiding the rules of TRAI which states that porting has to be done within 15 days in north eastern states!
