Complaint against Birla SunLife insurance,Policy No#004194385

Hi,

My dad has taken policy from Birla Sunlife 3-4 year back.Last year i paid it online and that went fine.This year when i was paying it through online ,it tell that "Data doesn't match with our records".I had send mail to Birla sunlife customer service and called to customer care many times.But as of now i didn't get any resolution.
When i called to customer care ,they redirected me to email support team and when i send mail to Birla sunlife email support team,after 5 days i got reply that we can't found your policy on mail,though i have mentioned each and every details on email.Again i called on toll free number 1800270 7000,the way customer care treated was not good.They simply said that we can't help you as you need to send mail to customer service team.Their way of talking was rough and it feels that they are not ready to help.

My dad policy due date is 10 june and now it's 16th june.I have send 10-15 mail to call me on my number so we can discuss,but as of now i didn't get any call,nor the problem be resolved.

I would suggest everyone not to purchase policy from Birla sunlife.I have done biggest mistakes of my life and now i am facing.
Now i will go to consumer court and file one mental haraasment case againt Birla Sun life

cheated me on sending the damage goods and not ready to replace.

Hi,

Ad owner (India times) Price RS 2000, I had received the product which are in damage condition and I called immediately to India time shopping call center and complain about it and sent the screen shoot. till now no one has come for the replacement of the product it is almost 2 months now. Reliance Netconnect+ balance carry forward Issue

Hi,

I recharged my reliance netconnect+ with RS.800 on due date 10th June. My netconnect+ remaining balance before 10 June was about 6GB that was my 2nd recharge. but after 3rd recharge of RS.800, 6GB balance not got carry forwarded. I talked to customer care regarding this but they ignoed my compalint saying you need to recrhage on date or before prior due date.I searched complaint section on Rcom portal but unable to find the same.

Complain against Technoculture Building Centre Pvt. Ltd

HI All

This is to inform you that me & my brother has booked 2 Flats( 2BHK-816 Sq. ft in the Project of Technoculture Building Centre Pvt. Ltd (Silliguri, West bengal) in 3rd floor corner.

During booking their marketing person Mr. Mihir Jha has told me that the project has been approved from the HDFC bank. Accordingly, I have approved my home loan from the HDFC bank. But when I have informed the bank about the project, they said that the project hasn't approved from the HDFC bank. I have informed the same to the builder; they said that the project will be soon approved from the HDFC Bank. Its already more than 6 months, still the project is not approved from the Bank.

I have informed them several times regarding the same via mail & telephonic, but no reply has been received from their end.


Today, we went to make the final payment for agreement, and then we were shocked to know that the flats booked by us has already been registered by other customers.


Now I want to file a complaint against the builder on Consumer court.


Need your help to resolve our issues.

hello sir, i have purchase a new cellphone sony xperia sl by mobile shopkeeper, after 7 days i have many problem in my handset, hang problem, automatic swich off issue etc, after that i was going to sony xperia service center, service center says me ur cell phone is not registered, your cellphone IMEI no. is not found, your cellphone is out of india series, then i was GoinG to mobile shopkeeper, he says me i give u dealer bill after that u can warranty in ur cellphone, after some days he give me dealer bill, and again i was going to sony service center, and again service center says me ur cellphone is not registered, sony can't give warranty in ur cellphone, shopkeeper fraud with me, plz help me i want my money back.

Airtel DTH -FAKE service - Non working online system - Equally no helping cust care

Airtel DTH online recharge system is a joke! Moreover customer care looks like a scam. It makes you feel like dealing with a unexperienced new company playing with your money, where as you struggle to expect quality from a billion dollar firm. I regret why didnt I opt for Tata Sky instead.

1) DTH started warning on TV for recharge required. So I logged into online system. Every time you to click on RECHARGE or CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION, it takes endless time to throw same error page : "Sorry, we are unable to serve your request due to technical problem,Please try again later. "

2) I thought, it could be small issue and wil be rectified later. But no, its same since last two days.

3) Called NORTH region call center. They are bunch of fake guys. Make you roam into infinite loop of asking to enter customer id, playing your balance/ then key 9 to talk to cust care. NO ONE will answer. Call disconnected at its own. Great way to serve customer.

4) Tried Kolkata number. SAME

5) Tried MUMBAI number. After 1-2 try, someone picked up. and I wasted another 10 minutes of my life.
He has a classic copy paste answer : CC :"Sir, system is facing issue. "
Me : yes Mr., I am seeing that since two days. Thats why I called you. Can you do an ANNUAL recharge through credit card over phone while I am talking to you.
CC: No sir. System problem.
Me: When can I expect that to be over, as my DTH account is no more showing channels on TV. And I am outside India and my parents cant do anything else other than wait for me to take care of it.
CC: No idea . Sir I will advise you to walk down to any airtel relationship center and do recharge through them.
(that was a genius answer. a Multi billion dollar company advsing me not to rely on online system or call center of them and walk down to shop. Moreover he wasnt listening to my problem)
Me : ok Bye.

6) Suddenly, I recollected a 3rd party website I used to recharge mobile numbers. I logged in and clicked on DTH recharge. Entered cust id number. Credit Card details. SURPRISE! successfully recharged for a month.

7) Looged in to my account in Airtel DTH. My recharge amount Rs 350 showing up there!!! A 3rd PARTY WEBSITE working fine , but their own online system wont allow you to do so. Its too simple. They are NOT INTERESTED in fixing the issue OR making their customer's experience better OR after Service is not a priority.

8) TWEET, EMAIL, CALL : You receive same response, we are working.

You may think that using a big company's service will make you feel serviced with quality. Then you will be taken for a fool ride. Please consider your options cause when you face any issue, I doubt you will receive any help from them.

Hi,

I am a old consumer of your my contact number is 9213911195. My services were available till 14th Jun. when i called at customer care to know about recharge and details so that i can extend the validity of incoming and outgoing calls at my number. On my 01st call at customer care (121), your customer care executive asked me to do a recharge of rs 101/- in which i will get the validity for 180 days and call rate would be 36p/m.

I did the same as per customer care executive but i got the validity just for 01 day.

I again called at customer care (121), new agent advised me to do a recharge of rs.201/- which offer a validity for 364 days with other benifites as well. i shoked to check that again i got validity for 01 day

I again called to customer care to know what is exactly going on, new agent transferred me to supervisor who asked me to do a recharge of rs.9 which will extend the validity of 90days. when i asked about my previous recharges, he replied in soory manner that he can't do anything with this regards and APPOLOGIES FOR WRONG INFORMATION.

Now i want to ask who is responsible for all this thing and my loss. why should i loss my rs300 for your executives error.

i need reply on this

BSNL mobile, no incoming calls& customer care not attending

All incoming calls to my bsnl no 9497232776 is barred since last three days. I submitted two coplaints online ,coplaint nos are F14KL373284 & F15KL302809. The response from custmer care was very very poor and most of the time it is just playing with the call and not connecting it to cust care representative. Cust care nos which I made calls are 1503, 9447024365& 9400024365.

Dear Sir,

I had filled TDR thorough online on irctc.co.in using my user ID:
nag117 for partially confirmed ticket PNR No: 6612497925 (one was RAC,
two are W/L 1 & 2 and journey on 18th May 2013) on 17th May 2013. We
are not traveled with this ticket PNR No: 6612497925 and traveled with
another ticket PNR No: 6517886526 journeys dated on 18th May 2013. But
my TDR refund until now did not received and status is showing under
process only. I had mailed this thing to care@irctc.co.in and
tdrprocess@irctc.co.in on from mail ID: vasireddynag@gmail.com but not
received any responsible reply. But my refund was not received until now from IRCTC. I had also mailed to care@irctc.co.in on 13th June 2013. Please file complaint on IRCTC for this.

I have an HDDVR airtel dth connection , my set top box stopped working on 5th june , i have been calling and a reply saying it will be done today is given everyday to me. Their Indore area head Sunil Chauhan has now stopped picking up my calls. The person (Rajesh) who came to check the set top box was rude and disrespectful and told me it need to be replaced . There was a delay for checking up too , to check up also they arrived on 8th June. Horrible service , I pay so much every month for an HD connection, not worth a penny , intend to now discontinue airtel services. STILL NO REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheat By Bajaj Electricals

This is regarding the below two complaints, when the incidents longed between the months of March and April 2013:

1. 2317465 (Complaint no. given by Mr. Triloki when he took the attachments, saying that it was faulty)
2. 2411969 (Complaint no. for which various follows up were made from my side for getting the attachments back)

I am very unhappy to let you know the way we have been treated by your agent Triloki Chand, Phone no. +918447271952, who came on the behalf of AVON service center, gurgaon. This I would like to say is very unprofessional and unethical on your behalf as the agent didn't even bothered to note down what he took from here and brought the wrong ones this time. On the addition, I would like to inform you that the agent was drunk, misbehaved with us, and even broke our AC lid, when he considered it to be the door while going out of the house (since he was intoxicated). He also gave statements like, "to kya main tab tak yahaa statue ban kar khada rahu" when I told him that it will take me 15 mins to reach home. After when I reached home and saw him in the condition he was, I tried to make him rescue out of the house he threatened me for consequences and also tried to lodge a fake FIR with which I had to deal with huge discomfortness and monetary loss. We are really in a state of shock to know this is the way customers are being treated by Bajaj. We (me and wife) both are in service industry and have never been through in such a situation and never made our customers to be in such a situation. How could an agent sent from your side be drunk and come to visit customers place. I had been very polite and sincere till that date waiting for almost 1.5 months for this issue to get resolved, but this had been 3 months since the issue had taken place and despite several mails and calls to bajaj personnels, nothing positive has resulted in turn. After that some Mr. Devendra also came from AVON service center, Gurgaon and took my signature on his service booklet even after providing me with wrong attachments again this time and even without providing any demo of the appliance for which the original request was made. After that I even tried making several calls to him and he has been delaying the matter like anything. I have been making complaints on below Email ID's but none of them have provided me with satisfactory answers:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had been a customer of ICICI for many years. But, recently I have been a victim of a huge fraud done in the name of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. I was misguided by some ICICI employees and was forced to buy policies worth Rs.2 Lakhs. I was enticed by saying that some bonus would be paid on paying this one time payment. A few days ago, I realised that I have been thugged . And I being a moderate earner cannot even think of paying Rs 2 Lakh per annum.
It is so unfortunate that these nuisances do happen under the brand name of ICICI.
I am shocked as well as aggrieved at this..

Airtel prepaid service stopped

My Airtel prepaid service was stopped one day all of a sudden without any intimation, when contacted to customer care they said proper documentation were not submitted seven years back, and now service can not be resumed back. This number was part of my life , all friends and family were connected with this number, all of that is gone with prepaid talk time. as a last hope i am thinking of going to consumer court

They are claiming the internal memory of 4 GB. But on actual the internal memory capacity of phone is 2 GB only. On having a word with them they said that

As per the mentioned query of Samsung mobile model GT-S7562, we would like to inform you that your phone has internal memory of 4GB and it is divided into two sections.

1) Internal SD card storage (Approximately 1.8 GB) which is remaining partitioned memory from the 4GB phone memory. This partition is called as SD card by the system.

2) And the remaining internal memory is reserved for the operating system storage and the inbuilt applications given in the phone.

They same internal memory is also being used by different mobile handset company also but they use to claim there internal memory as 2 GB not 4 GB. SO I want to put a fraudulent advertisement to sell there handset.

Reliance Broadband Complaint

Hello,

My name is Roshan and I am a reliance broadband user. The internet connection at my home is not working since 7th May 2013. I had raised the first complaint on 12th May 2013 and from then on I have been made to call again and again to check if something is being done but till now the internet is not working.

I must say that I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by Reliance. Till now no one has called me to check the status of my connection and every time I called I was promised that at a given date the issue will be resolved but it never got resolved. The way some of the customer service representatives talk is very disrespectful and they are least bothered. I have been checking this with reliance appellate authority and the response has been equally bad. So far I have been given 3 different reasons for this problem.

1. Server issue.
2. Manpower issue.
3. Major issue(they just say MAJOR, I don't know what to make out of it)

I work from home a lot of the times and I am deeply affected by this problem.

When I called on 14th June to check if there is any chance that this will work, one of the nodal officers named Venkatesh told me that he is sending a technician the next day and assured me that this will be resolved. In the meantime since I had raised a complaint in this forum someone from reliance called me to check if the issue has been resolved and told me that if it is not resolved then I should put a comment here again and they will take it up.

Unsurprisingly, even the next day,15th June, no one from the so called technical team turned up. So I called the Reliance appellate authority again and this time the call was taken by a nodal offcer named Rajashekhar. To my surprise and absolute anguish, he informed me that the connection is not working because I have not paid the monthly bills. This guy then told me that I have to pay the bill first and only then the technician will be sent which made me livid. I am on an advance payment plan and I paid my last bill in May first week which means that I have paid in advance for May and for a major part of May the connection was not working. Since then bills were generated in May second week and June second week also. During this whole period the connection has not been active and no technician has come to check this. Mr. Rajashekhar told me that you pay the bill now and then we will give you a waiver based on the date the issue is resolved. He also told me that no further action will be taken until I pay this bill. After all that has happened these people want me to believe them. I really suspect that once I pay the bill the same situation will continue so I have not paid the bill.

At one point I asked Mr.Rajashekhar if he is satisfied with his own performance at work since he claimed to be responsible for this and was surprised to hear from him that he is very much satisfied with his performance. And he is saying this to a customer from his region who is facing connectivity issues for almost 40 days. Is this the level of quality of service that the Reliance team aspires to provide?

I am not someone who names people in a public forum but the attitude shown by these guys lacks respect towards customer and so I decided to mentio their names here.

Please take appropriate action as soon as possible.

Homeshop 18 delivers defective product and not refunding

I had placed an order with Homeshop 18 for a nokia lumia 820 worth Rs 19495.00, the order number was 925937607 sub order number 58433327, the courier details were 4793849756 through Aramex .

I received the product on 29th May at 1:00 pm. I opened the courier and inserted the sim card but on switching the device ON the was a message displayed sim card error. I tried the sim card in my existing phone it worked fine. I lodged a complain with Homeshop 18 at around 3:00 pm complain number 82527597. I even went to the Nokia care and was informed that the sim card tray is damaged and it was a physical damage. I was even said by then that Homeshop 18 is not an authorized dealer and nokia wont be able to help me out.

The Homeshop 18 next day agreed to pay in for the repair of the mobile, I did not agree for it at first since I had paid for a new product and donot expect to use a repaired one. I took the effort to go to the nokia care once again for the repair but after hearing the cost of the repair the Homshop 18 people took their words back and asked me to get a Death on arrival certificate from nokia or else Homeshop 18 would bear 50% of the repair charges. I was even told that Homeshop 18 has done a check on the product before dispatching it. If that is the case than I have not got a seal pack product as promised by Homeshop 18 and the product was tempered before deliver.

The Nokia people are not ready to accept and issue a deat on arrival certificate and HomeShop 18 are just killing time.

Ihave the sms of complain from Homeshop 18, and he mails exchanged with them.

Please help me out.

Complaint against CLC Services who process loan on 5% commission from bank and financial institution

CLC Services of karol bagh approach me regarding personal loan on 5% commission on which 1% is advance which is refundable if loan does not get process due to any reason and 4% to be payable to them after loan get processed so i agreed to them and given my documents and now i got to know that loan cannot be processed because of One document which is missing from the financial company name proton ( not very sure) as they have tie up from few financial company and i asked them to pay my 1% back ( of loan amt which is 2 lacks) ie 2000 rs. and now they are not answering the calls , all the landlines nos and mobile no provided to me are not in use so i went to their office on 15th June and requested them to pay my money back and it was told to me that they will deposit the check of 200o in my account which they did not and now i am constantly trying the nos again no ans and no revert.

Kindly help me in getting my money back from this fraud company.
