I'm a Vodafone user, but i'm getting SMS from Aircel to my vodafone no.(9830438632) that limited services have been activated to some Aircel numbers for which i've to contact 59059. As per Aircel Customer care, for these numbers, my vodafone no. has been used as an alternate number. Surprisingly that's beyond my knowledge cause i've never done that. After repetitive complaints, no action has been taken. Flipkart and Swipe are Cheating me.
I bought a new Swipe tablet from Flipkart. Unfortunately, it was defective and Flipkart refused to replace it even when 30 days had not crossed. Flipkart told me to take Swipe service center`s help. Since 10 February 2014 till today the 12 May 2014, the tablet is with Swipe service center. Neither Flipkart nor Swipe are repairing the tablet nor giving me a refund. Please help me.

Complain against Logix Packers and Movers in reference to the non delivery of important things.
Hi,
In reference to the non delivery of important things while Residential relocation from Delhi to Bangalore
This is an extreme condition & highly irresponsible behavior shown by Logix Packers and Movers.
My stuff was loaded on 21st of March 2014 and was committed that all the stuff loaded would be delivered safely to the destination place.
Full payment was made by cheque on the same time.
But the commitment was a false one.After following up multiple times the stuff was delivered and that too partial.
On 2nd April 2014,some of the items were delivered.The total no. of items that was loaded was around 20 & the goods that was delivered was only 16.My 4 items are still not delivered.
Tried to contact them by phone & email address provided on the website,but this did not proved worthy.
I am tired of the behavior & response of Logix Packers & movers.Was coordinating with the guy named Govind.

Conductors not giving correct change
Most of the government bus conductors in Coimbatore not giving the change. .e.g.it we give 20 rupees from sulur pirivu to nava India or @@@@hi puram they are not giving remaining of 5 rupees. I have seen many conductors having change but not giving the change ..If I travel 5times I loss 25rupees .Day robbery is going in most of the government bus ..

suspension of my paisa pay account is that item was bought by my friend from my other id that I used for buying. Samsung LCD TV 40" Panel faulty in 2 yrs - Is Samsung is giving waranty or life cycle of the TV
I have purchased Samsung LCD TV, model no. LA40D550 two years back for Rs 50K, Few very light vertical lines started coming on screen on left corner of the display, but we ignored thinking that there may be some cable issue etc. But now these vertical lines are increased and on calling Samsung engg, he declared that our Display has gone faulty and required to be replaced, which will be done on chargeable basis.
Now my point is, I have purchased Samsung TV with one year warranty not with one year life cycle. If there is some power inputs problem in TV then some power card etc must be required to be changed/rectified. but in this case how complete display can go faulty despite the fact that its installation is done by Samsung, it is being operated remotely and kept in Air conditioning atmosphere.
Through this complaint,I want to request Samsung to listen to us and replace TV/Display on FOC basis as we have purchased the best and costliest available LCD TV at shop only on good faith. This is a clear case of material/R&D failure and Samsung should immediately contact me for providing its resolution.

Disbursement of Balance amount against Loan account no 620400001290
Dear Sir/Madam,
With regards to my loan account 620400001290 with LICHFL (Pimpri branch), Sanctioned amount of Rs 29,80,000/-, my loan account has been blocked and my payments are pending for disbursement.
Against the sanction amount of Rs 29,80,000/- disbursement of Rs 27,91,680/-has been made and then they are saying the loan account has been blocked and no further payments can be made. Due to this short payment/blocking of loan account my possession has been on hold since January 2014.
Since sanctioning of the loan every time I have to follow up with the concerned person (Mr Nagesh ( 9922910788) /Mr Rahul (9922007987) for disbursement. I have never got any positive response from the said people. After following up for at least 8-10 times I get some response which is a mental harassment for any one. Standard Chartered Bank credit card
This complaint is regarding a fraud transaction that appeared on my standard chartered bank credit card (No.4196074948761904) and which the concerned bank is not reverting even after numerous follow-ups.
The fraud transaction occurred on my above mentioned card on 08/Feb/2013. Below are the transaction details.
Amount: US $162.62 (Rs. 9070.59)
Merchant: ENTROPAY LONDON GB
Date: 08/Feb/2013
As soon as I received the SMS of above transaction, I did following as per process suggested by the bank.
1. I immediately reported this fraudulent transaction to Standard Chartered Bank.
2. The Bank cancelled my credit card immediately and issued me a new credit card.
3. I faxed them the DISPUTE FORM on 15/Feb/2013.
4. The bank registered complaint # 20130212108104 against the fraud.
5. I also filed a complaint with my local police station on 16/Feb/2014.
I'd like to highlight that I've never transacted in a foreign currency on my card. Hence an out of the blue foreign currency transaction should have raised eye brows. Also, the merchant in question here is ENTROPAY. After a bit of research on internet, I found that there are numerous instances of similar fraud faced by other customers about ENTROPAY and that the credit card companies have agreed to revert the amount.
However, the Standard Chartered Bank is not reverting this transaction. Additionally, they have put late payment fees etc and doubled the outstanding amount. They have reduced my credit limit to zero and are threatening that this is reported to CIBIL as default and they will only rectify it once I make the outstanding payment.
It is painful to see a reputed bank like Standard Chartered Bank metting out such a treatment to their 10 year old customers with clean record.
I would like to have a legal action against this team for abusing and forcing to pay bill which I never transacted using my credit card.

Hello,
My name is Saquib Equbal and I own a Nokia 720 (IMEI :357297053205358) which started to give me problems after the very first month of purchase . I have taken my mobile twice to the service center , and each time it was only temporarily fixed . While first time I took it to the service center the issue was related to the touch screen, which would stop responding for few seconds and most of the time it would just hang, and after servicing it started to show the same problem again after few weeks and got worse with time , and now the down volume would not work and the screen would hang quite often , and it shows multiple no response symptoms like I am not able to receive calls sometimes , I would tap but the screen would just remain there without any response and so on .
The worst thing is when I took it to the service center this time ,they didn't listened to my problem properly, instead just updated the software and said its the problem with the hardware for which I have to pay , though its still covered under warranty .I just kept my cool against all aggressive and unfriendly behavior , but that doesn't mean I would stop at any point to get the service which I am lawfully eligible for and so If my issue is not fixed I will surely move to Consumer Court for the effective compensation]
