Complaint Against Indian Overseas and ICICI Bank

My name is Rahul Tyagi and I have a saving account in ICICI bank (account number is 081601518031) and also have an ICICI debit card.
My issue is I did not get my money (Rs. 10,000) back which was wrongly deducted from my account.
On 20th March 2014 at approx. 8:15 AM I tried to withdraw Rs. 2,500 from Indian Overseas Bank ATM (located near Roadways Bus Stand, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh; ATM ID- 8786) using my ICICI debit card. I tried 4 times (that means 2500*4= 10000) and everytime I got this error-"Unable to dispense cash" and after that transaction got cancelled. However at 8:30 AM I got a SMS saying that "your account is debited with Rs. 10,000..."


I didn't get the amount but still Rs. 10,000 has been deducted from my account. Hence I called ICICI customer care and raised a request SR311152651 on the same day and they asked me to wait for 7 days.


On 27th March 2014 I called again at ICICI customer care and they said that Indian Overseas Bank is saying that transaction was successful so they will not pay the amount. As I didn't get the amount so ICICI raised another Escalation request SR312449730 on 27th March and asked me to check after 17 working days.


I checked again on 18th April 2014 and ICICI customer care agent said that Indian Overseas Bank has not yet replied and they raised 3rd Escalation request SR315913472 and asked me to check on 22nd April 2014.


On 22nd April 2014 I called again and got to know that Indian Overseas Bank rejected the final request saying the same thing that transaction was successful and they will not pay my deducted amount.

I visited my nearest ICICI bank branch and they said that they can't do anything as Indian Overseas Bank already replied with the same statement.

It's really frustrating, Is it really too complicated for a common man to get his/her own money back ?


Please consider it as a high priority Escalation as I am already struggling from last two month without any mistake from my end and still didn't get my amount back.
Hence I am raising this complaint against ICICI bank and Indian Overseas Bank so that you can take necessary actions and I will get my Rs. 10,000 back.
Please let me know if any further details are required.

hello , i'm Anjani kumar srivastava , i bought a sony cybershot camera on 01-09-13 model no. DSC-H200/BC E32 , serial no. 6082518 . from mahagun metro mall , vaishali ghaziabad . it was working fine , when one day there was suddenly NO PICTURE IN CAMERA MODE . Beacuse of this , i took it to the nearest sony service centre on 02-05-14 , which happens to be just next to my home in vaishali ghaziabad . this service centre is J.P. Electronics SONY authorized service centre , plot no. 463 , sector 4 , vaishali , ghaziabad . 201010. they examined it and kept it for repair ... next day i got a call that sir have you ever given your camera somewhere other place before for repair , i told them no . And it is so obvious that why i would give my new camera somewhere else for repair , when it is in warranty period and the authorized service centre is just 2 minutes walking distance from my home. But the guy from service centre was not ready to believe it and in the end he said ok lets see what can be done with your camera and he cut the phone . on 12-05-14 i went to recieve my camera back , as i got the call that its done. when i got it , i immediately saw that there is some damage and breakage in my camera , which was not there when i gave it to them . i told the guy over there , but he said that this is the thing that he was saying to me on call the other day , i said but this was not there before , and i am seeing for the first time. but he again started saying that u must have gave it to somewhere else for repair , i was really pissed off by this time , and i said that why would i give to somewhere else if it is in warranty , but he was not ready to believe , however one of guy working there agreed with me, i asked them to correct the damage , but after trying a little he said that , IT CAN NOT BE CORRECTED MORE THAN THIS . i was helpless , i took my cameraand came back .
kindly help me through this , as the damage still could not be repaired. however they solved the original problem .

poor service by karbon mobiles service centers

Heloo

I am Rajeev Mathur.I purchased karbon a9+ last year.Now after 1 year the battery of my phone is not working properly.When i asked the service the service center to give me new battery they keep on saying the batteries are not available.I am highly disappoinyted by this service as the phone is becoming of no use due to poor battery..I have waited for 3 months to get a new battery but all i got is the batteries are not available...I think i hyave made a huge mistake by purchasing this phone and now i will not suggest this companys cellphone to any of my known people if my problem is not resolved quickly.Kindly look into the matter and provide good service.I hope this mail is being read by some intelligent people.

Complaint against Volkswagen Car India

Last year end 2013, we bought Volkswagen Polo car. The Car on Feb 24th, 2014 met with an accident. Since, then it's been around three months the car is lying in the workshop and still the car is not yet been repaired and delivered. This complaints is in regards to the complaint no. RSA17765 registered with Volkswagen on 24th Feb, 2014.

Initial month we were notified that the parts were not available and later month we were informed that assembling work is being carried out and now after dialing in several times the response I received is that that the car is not starting up. There is an internal problem and they are still diagnosing the car. It's been a three month diagnosing the issue and i don't see any resolution. When the car went for repairs after the accident it just had external damage and now i don't know how while fixing the external damages they have caused engine and ignition problem. Still now I have not yet been intimated by when the car will get delivered.

Volkswagen being such a big company i wasn't expecting such a poor service. If they themselves are not able to fix their own manufactured car then it's a shame and big question mark on their abilities.

I have taken a Car loan for this car. Now i'm just paying interest for the car whose services i can't even enjoy. I request someone to look into the matter on a urgent basis. I want Volkswagen to pay back the interest amount i have been charged for the period the car was in their workshop and If they are not able to fix the problem then payback the complete car cost along with interest.

My reliance gsm number is 98 63 472206..i did an easy recharge on 13-05-14 of 173 3g pack.but it is not been activated still now.the customer care executive told me it would get activated within 48 hours..but that didnot help. moreover now i am not able to connect to customer care executive. Is it a comedy that reliance is providing? If it is then i must say its a disaster. Can any 1 help?

I have an account with Icici Bank sector 12, Karnal Haryana, reference to account no 017301513990. I have given two time request for closing of saving account but the bank is not closing the account.
Moreover the bank has levied some undue charges of Rs three thousand on my credit card. The bank has not given any detail of the charges.
Please do the needful in this regard.

Hi Team,

This complaint is regarding the number 9911647771.

This is to inform you that i am really annoyed with the services, I have to contact your customer services every now and then. This is really a serious matter that there is a guy in one of your offices whose name is Ankit Bansal, he has all the information about my number.

What he does is, he calls from his number to the customer care and advise your executive to barr this number 9911647771 atleast thrice a day, and have to call you everyday to unbarr my number and have explain your executive the whole story again and again. We have registered the complaint many times but still this issue is not getting resolved from past 2 months. Even your executives are not ready to make my account password protected and they don't even mention any notes in there systems.

Kindly do something about it and get this issue resolved as soon as possible, otherwise i have to change the operator.

Tikonas worst billing

I take a tikona connection on 11.11.2013
I am unable to use the tikona network on the following days.
11.01.2014 to 19.01.2014, 02.03.2014 to 11.03.2014, 16.03.2014 to 19.03.2014 and after 01.04.2014
And many more days I faced the problem.
I send a mail to stop my connection on 12.04.2014.
C/ care personnel call me and assured me about uninterrupted service by solving the technical issue & also assured no need to pay the old bill for which I am unable to use the net .
That’s why I agreed to continue the network if the service will be uninterrupted & no need to take alternate connection. They told that the waiver to be given up to Rs 600 & I prefer disconnection.
I received the final bill of Rs 1546 on 10.05.2014 after 18.00 hrs.
I contacted customer care people on 11.05.2014 regarding the final bill, she tell that the disconnection request made on 21.04.2014, and the bill to be paid up to 15.05.2014. Actually the request made by me on 12.04.2014 through email. The auto reply ref is 1-3076098342.
After 01.04.2014 i am not using the net. I tested the net on 27.04.14 to 29.04.2014 (approx) on the basis of request made by the technical persons. The technical persons also failed to solve the problem. They changed the modem & modem direction, after that they succeeded. The technical persons told that the signal is 25% , but the speed is ok . One month advance Rs 670/- is also lying with them.
Can somebody help me how to resolve the issue.

Mr. Firoz called me on 14.05.2014 at 21.13 hrs from the no +912241155555 and asked me about my complaint against Tikone & bill waiver. I explained in detail.
In this connection the following to be noted.
1. The due bill Rs 1546/- as on date is for 2 months with fine, one month bill is generated after my request to stop connection.
2. The 2 months billing period is from 15.03.2014 to 15.05.2014, in which I am unable to use the tikona network after 01.04.2014. I used the net from 15.03.2014 to 01.04.2014 i.e. 50%; the bill may be 673/2= 336.5 (if ignore the previous periods un utilization i.e. the periods from 11.01.2014 to 19.01.2014, 02.03.2014 to 11.03.2014 & 16.03.2014 to 19.03.2014) .
If you think the case in detail, you are able to give full waiver.
Please call me today & finalise the issue.
I called the number you given on mail to handover the modem and other equipment, after long trials on 12.05.2014 he lift the call and tell that he will come after calling me. But no call has been received till date.
The modem and other equipment is ready to handover.

Internet issues on month basis but no solution and we are paying every month

Beam telecom only claims to be fast but most of the time the server is down .. And doesn't provide the promised speed. From15mbps to 1.5 Mbps. Another promise breaker and 4times I have complained but no action . From five days i am suffering but no one has come. But at the time of payment they will promptly remind and collect on time. I am feeling humiliated and cheated . what we should do

This is in reference to the complaint reference numbers: RNA140510049649 and RNA140515010416 for the same product (LG window AC). I registered the 1st complaint (RNA140510049649) on Saturday, May 10 regarding noise from my AC. An engineer (Faisal - the most idiotic engineer I have come across with) visited my pace and informed that the AC compressor needs replacement. Sincd the compressor is under 5 years warranty, I do not have to pay anything and the AC will be picked up by their staff and will be returned in a couple of days. On May 11 (Sunday) the LG staff came and picked up the AC informing me that I will get the AC back on May 13 (Tuesday) after replacement of the compressor.

I had been given a couple of numbers to contact (one landline- which is out of service and another number - 8510080733 which is switched off). I was also given the number for Ashu Khan (his number is also switched off). So I had been contacting the LG customer service on daily basis trying to get the status of my complaint with no understanding on the repair status of my AC. In the meanwhile, I received a couple of messages from LG mentioning - "Thank for re-appointment". My complaint has been put on hold by LG saying that the service center has booked a reappointment with me (without my knowledge and without being contacted by anyone).

I spoke with another CCE at LG today (May 15) named Kapil and he generated another complaint reference saying that the old complaint is now closed (basically put on hold) and the new complaint reference number is: RNA140515010416. I also asked him the number for some senior folks to whom I can reach out to to address my complaint and he gave me the number for Pooja Mathur - 9811354152. I had been trying to reach out to her but, she doesn't answer the calls.

I am worried on the status of my complaint and want to understand what is happening and when will I get my AC repaired and delivered back to me.

Request you to please look into this request and help me with a resolution ASAP.

MTNL Phone and ADSL DEAD since 4th May 2014

My phone number is dead since 4th May 2014 and inspite of several written complains and going personally to MTNL jogeshwari office the line is still not restored. Also sent an email to the GM office of MTNL west and calling up several times its not of any use. Its so difficult to get any person to give a right reply. The Jogeshwari MTNL person also said to me that they have given request of Cable material to the head office but they are not giving the spares to them so they are unable to correct the cable fault.

i wonder if in a city like mumbai the service is so bad what about the other small cities.

Pathetic Airtel Customer service and fake commitments

Hi,
I am using Airtel broadband (01246283871_dsl) from past 2 years and right from the beginning, I have been facing issues with broadband. Airtel customer care is pathetic.
My internet has not been working from 1st May,2014. I logged a complaint (no. 45585472) on 1-5-14 as my internet was getting disconnected again and again from last few days. I requested them to send an engineer to reconfigure my modem. I was assured that my problem will be rectified in 8 working hours.
Till 4th may, problem remained the same and I had to again call Airtel customer care (complaint no. 45649630). Then also I was reassured that the problem will be solved in 24 hrs and someone will visit my home to check the problem.
I took an off from my office thinking some engineer will come. But nobody came or called.
With lot of followups and calling, frustrated with the customer care response, I asked them to disconnect my connection following which, I got n number of calls from executives, seniors etc assuring me that they will solve my internet problem.
They also lured me with discounted plans so that I could change my mind and stay with Airtel. But till now my problem is not solved yet.
I get calls everyday, some say that my modem is faulty (thought not even a single engineer has come to check the modem) and some others say that there is some problem with the cable which is coming to our society although my next door neighbors have Airtel broadband connection and their internet is working completely fine. Following are all complaint numbers. I have not asked Airtel to close any of the complaint but all of them seem to have been closed. I have never seen such a poor customer service from any of the companies I have been associated so far. I want to get my internet working asap.

Wrong Airport name in E-Ticket by EZEEGO1

Hi,
I missed my Indigo flight 6E323 on 11th April 2014 for Kolkata from Mumbai scheduled at 11:35 AM and I had to take the next flight from Mumbai to Kolkata Indigo flight 6E403 at 3:55 PM on same day. The ticket purchased from ezeego1 has wrong information i.e. Departing Airport as Mumbai Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport Terminal 2 in place of Terminal 1. Terminal 2 is for international flights only and Terminal 1 is for domestic ones. I reached Terminal 2 and found that the information is wrong so I went to terminal 1 , till that time flight was taken off and I had to take the ticket for next flight. Ticket from Ezeego1 is attached with this. I had to pay Rs 15700 extra, I have tried to talk with Ezeego1 but they have not responded well. I want to charge Ezeego for Rs 10000 more because they have not taken the issue seriously and due to this I faced a lot of physical as well as mental harassment.

Tata Docomo Bangalore SIM Not activated yet

I purchased a Tata Docomo SIM on 8th May 2014. The Retailer told me that the SIM would get activated within 3 days of purchase. Today it has been more than 7 days but the SIM hasn't got activated yet. Since I'm on roaming, I have to continuously incur more charges for mobile communication from my local West Bengal SIM.

I went to the Retailer a couple of times, to which they say that they have forwarded the form to the Distributor and can't do anything. I called up the Customer Care Executive who said that the Distributor has not yet submitted the documents. What the hell am I supposed to do? If I submitted the proper documents while purchasing the SIM but the Distributor hasn't submitted it forward, it should be his problem and not mine. But it is the other way round.

For the Tata Docomo Admin, It must be YOUR job to take care if the distributor is working properly, and not the customer's. If my SIM doesn't get activated in the next 2 days even after submitting all the documents, I'm going to take some serious action. The number is 7795820246. Catch the Distributor and work on it soon.

I have GTPL Connection my user id is saksolution. my number 9428659042 I had complaint many time to GTPL call center but they didn't provided the solution. I had also mailed to their nodal officer but till the date there is no reply from them. So is there any one who can help me to file case against GTPL. They are taking money but not providing services.

Samsung''s technology only lasts for 3-5 yrs

Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings....

My name is Vinay Krishna and please allow me the opportunity to assist you further with my concern.

I purchased Samsung LA40A550P1R LCD TV on 9th March 2009 bearing Serial No: 07843ZES100173A, it worked fine till March 20th 2014. Recently it has developed a problem of No images.... Immediately, I called Samsung service,and after visiting they said panel has to be replaced since the chip got burned which is located on T- Con Board.. Cost = approx Rs 20000 which later turn to whooping Rs 35,000/-.


Again I wrote 17 mail to Customer care executive but they failed to answer me till date of my complaint No: 8463195805.

I asked below question..

1) Before buying Samsung LCD TV no one from the Samsung sales representative mention me about the Hours of life for LCD TVs. Neither it was mention on the catalogs?Why?

2) If Samsung''s technology only lasts for 3-5 yrs and the company is willing to do nothing to stand by its products.Will Samsung Electronic stand by for his product?? And why it was not mention before buying?

3) On the first conversation with the Samsung Customer care Team you mention and elaborated that Samsung Technology stays only for limited years i.e., 3-5 yrs . If you are lucky it will stay for longer run or else God knows.. And further elaborated Samsung Electronic Ltd had stopped making panel and neither they manufacture Time control Board Separately..(which is the major issue) And offer me a 17% of the total cost of the LCD TV i.e 60,000/- INR. Later, after following up with Samsung Customer Team said that they had got the Panel with them & it will cost me 35,000/- Explain why Samsung Company don''t manufacture Time control Board ?Also at the time of buying why would Samsung Co. failed to mention??

4) Samsung Electronic Ltd kept us in dark for longer run i.eThe problem was due to defective capacitors which were not properly insulated.. And Due to overheating these capacitors leaked and caused problem in Circuit boards. I did a research on internet and found it is not an isolated incident.Hundreds if not Thousands of Samsung customers faced/are facing similar problems with the Samsung LCD TV panels. There are law suits in US against Samsung Electronics and Company agreed to pay over USD $ 200 million, roughly translated to INR 5000 crores to its customers.They never stopped selling these TVs at-least in Indian market.Nor they recall any TVs already sold to its customers. Samsung simply waited for TVs to fail.Why Samsung did such unethical business and fooled So many Indians????

5)Why a Customer like me have to suffer mentally after buying Samsung Product? Don''t you think after Warranty period gets over its the duty of Samsung to listen to the customers????

6) What''s the life time of LCD TVs? Kindly let me know the usage hours??? Is it 50,000 hours more or less??

7) No customer like me buys LCD TVs or any other TVs for short term i.e 3 to 5 years.. Why Samsung failed to manufacturing the products for longer run??

8) Will Samsung Electronic will take the blame if anything happen to me in future conversation with the Customer Care Executive who were rude to me every time I spoke??

9) Are we expecting four and a half years or less life expectancy for all your TV sets? What would be the general failure mode that causes this unit to give out? LCD T- Con board?

10) The T-Con Board is available in website with a cost of 1000 - 3000 INR. Then why Samsung is not able to deliver the same??


Kindly guide what step should I take after this conversation.
