Got a legal notice for the connection which I terminated 3.5 years back
This is regarding Court notice I received on my surrendered RIM Account 2353041180.
I had taken the reliance connection many years back and with no unpaid due I surrendered my account in December 2010 after talking to the customer care.
After 3 and half years, suddenly i got this notice which says that I need to pay Rs.1438 due amount. I contacted customer care but never got through the line. I also emailed the customer care but never got any response. I no longer reside in the address mentioned in the court notice.
I feel very disappointed with this email, as I usually enjoy my experiences with RIM and for few reason I had to close the account.
Please somebody look into this ASAP. Appreciate if you could revoke the charges as I have surrendered the account years back.

Rediffshopping cheating
On the 10th April 2014, I purchased an heavy duty flying insect killer cum night lamp 5w from rediffshopping website. I received the item in a weeks time and I noticed that item was not what was displayed or advertised on the rediffshopping site. I informed their customer care and they advised me to ship the product back. I did the same by DTDC COURIER on 14th April 2014, receipt no. M05626016. I paid the courier charge of Rs. 50/-. On 16th April 2014, Rediffshopping refunded the item price, Rs. 374/- and advised me that the courier charge of Rs. 50/- will be refunded to me in the form of a pay order by courier.
As of today they have not sent any pay order and have advised me that they their department has now converted the pay order to a gift voucher of Rs. 100/- and that I can use it till 31st May 2014.
I am not happy with rediffshopping because they did not stick to their word and now providing me an excuse by email that their system and department has made an error of converting the pay order to gift voucher. What I smell here is that they want me to shop more from their website and spend money on something else. Another stupid issue of rediffshopping is that there is hardly anything interesting on their site for Rs. 100.

Complaint Against Reliance Resq Service
Dear Reliance Team,
I have taken a Reliance Resq Plan for Sharp Refrigerator. I called Reliance Service Center for service on 2nd April 2014 and they didn't come for service till 6th April 2014. I went to Reliance Digital, which is is Phoenix Mall, Viman Nagar-Pune when they came at my place they informed me that Gas is Leaked and also the P.C.B is not working and he had informed me that with in 2 days they would resolve the issue as the part needs to come from Bangalore. After long follow up with Praveen(Team Leader - Service Center,Pune) & Prakash (Phoenix Mall - Service Incharge)he had send other engineer Mousin for servicing they found that there is no problem with Gas. Its having problem only with PCB. Service Engineer (Mousin) and Team Leader - Service Center, Pune(Praveen) told that PCB will be replaced with in 2days as it was weekend.
But again there was no response from the team. After so much of follow up with Praveen, he has send Sharp company servicing engineer for resolving the issue on 15th April and asked me to pay Rs.900. Praveen has promised that amount will be refunded with in 2 days. But i didn't get any call back from the reliance team or no one has visited.
When ever i called Praveen he says one or the other excuse's. On 10th May 2014 i got mail from Store officer - Gauri Kemble stating that max by 11th May they would return the amount to me. Again no response from Reliance team.
I have registered my complaint on 2nd April and how come the 1st jobsheet got closed with out any customer concern. Again they taken new jobsheet no 8002012631, but his was opened on 14th April 2014. I dont understand how can you change a jobsheet number every time. Also all your engineers has came to service with out any jobsheet. I have informed this many times to Praveen, also i asked them to show the jobsheet. But he didn't till today.
Am really fed up with your executives as they are not taking any responsibility to resolve customer complaints.Now I am left with the only option left is to go the consumer court. I hope somebody receives this email and takes some action against.
I have tried calling reliance service center Pravreen but no one picks up.
I am still waiting for my amount to refunded ASAP.

TATA PHOTON charging me on closed connection
I have constantly been called about a Tata Photon+ Connection that I have closed. I have told the representatives multiple times that this connection is closed please update your records. Airtel Calls Barred
My mother had to get a duplicate sim from Airtel in Thavakkara, Kannur, Kerala. She submitted the required address proof (in the last week of April) and they accepted it and gave her a duplicate sim. Her number started working. Two weeks later, on May 12, Airtel (without intimation) barred her number and said that her documents were not submitted. We were told we had to go back to that shop in Kannur and submit the documents again. We have moved to Bangalore and cannot go back to Kerala. Is there any way to get this resolved? Can we submit the documents online?
No one in the Airtel customer service has been able to help at all.

Tata capital have cheated me... They are fraud
Myself Vivek Chauhan and I have take a long from tata capital Ahmedabad. My consumer durable loan account number is 3919690.
It has been 2 months and there is no resolution of my complaint. They have deducted 2 EMIs together and they said they will refund me that amount within 7 working days. Since then no one is replying me back on top of that when I called them on customer care number 1800 209 6060 there are few guys I have been talking to are not co-operative at all. Ankush, Hitesh, Nikhil specially their senior Ravindra who had promised me 10 times but he has failed and he is not coming on call at all.
Refund amount is: 4434.
As a customer it is very frustrated because they had already deducted 2 EMIs together and it has been 2 months that no one is helping me to resolve this issue.
This was third month and even if there is an additional EMI deposited with them they are still deducting amount every month.
I have called them 300 times and I also have their recordings. Whenever I call them they will get my basic details and keep my call on waiting for 5 hours and after waiting they will cut my call. I have all the recordings and evidences with me.
Can you please help me to resolve this issue?
